Climate Change Has Affected 500 Thousand People in Ordu: Excessive Rain Destroyed Bridges

Climate change has been affecting Turkey as well as other countries. After Antalya, there was flood in Ordu. Mayor of Ordu Enver Yılmaz said at least 500 thousand people were affected from the disaster.

Bridges in Ordu, Ünye were destroyed due to excessive rain. There was a long queue of cars on Black Sea’s coastal road. 165 people were saved from being stuck in a textile factory in Ünye. Mayor Ahmet Çamyar said that almost 30 tones of hazelnut were spread in the Black Sea, 4 bridges were destroyed and 40 villages became inaccessible.
