Public Hospitals Enable Receiving Gun Licences

Some of the public hospitals in İstanbul has a fame to make receiving gun licence easier.

Opposing doctors are blamed to cut down circulating capital of the hospitals. “Armament must be stopped by the state itself,” says Umut Foundation.

According to the information we received from an anonymous psychiatrist, it is much easier in some hospitals to get gun licence without receiving required health control. The psychiatrist says there are people coming from other cities to those hospitals to get gun licence easily. When some doctors object to operate the procedure in one day by money, they are accused of cutting off hospital’s floating capital by the hospital administration.
